Designed with high quality stainless steel blades with a full tang construction, this carving set features triple rivet handles that have been carefully crafted to last longer and to be comfortable to hold. Complete with a carving knife and carving fork, the hollow ground blades are straight sided with a ‘hollow grind’ on either side near to the edge that allows for a finer cut. Please note: These kitchen knives are dishwasher safe, however as with all knives we recommend them to be hand washed.
