The low gauge open coil springs are interlinking and are set within a durable outer framework making up the core of the mattress’ support. For comfort, both sides of the mattress feature a deep, weighted quilted layer of filling offering medium to firm support. The filling also contains an anti-allergy treatment to make the mattress 100% dust mite free. To keep the mattress in top condition, it can be flipped and used on either side.
